Ardy's day out: Manila Ocean Park

Glad was able to bring Ardy to Manila Ocean Park before the year 2012 ended. Hope to see more places with my son in 2013. Thanks to the Clacio family who were with us during the said visit. Ardy enjoyed the time out! Here's wishing for more and more kiddie adventures to come.

My Howardy turns 1

I'm one of the luckiest when I got pregnant because I never had a share of nausea or vomiting in the morning like what other pregnant women experience during the first trimester. And for the first time my blood pressure is normal when I used to be always anemic.

But I felt something different that morning, the 6th of December. I was sure then that I'm going to give birth very soon. The contractions became more painful when I was already admitted at 10pm on the same day. At exactly 5:41am of December 7, after only a few hours of labor (lucky again), I gave birth to a healthy baby boy, 8.88 lbs (triple luck as they say) through normal delivery.

I feel so blessed every time I look into my baby's innocent eyes and I'm still amazed every day as to how this little human being lived inside me for 9 months.

Ardy's birth day is not just a celebration but for me it is a day of special thanksgiving.

Happy birthday my lil lad! I will always be here for you and I'm excited to see you grow. But please don't grow up too fast so I can still smooch your armpit without you getting annoyed.  Love you very much with all my heart.

it's the Mango Tango!

Had the chance to eat in Amici Ayala Triangle with Ms. Caryl (our trainer) and my wavemates. Sixteen of us.

In our table, we had Tutta Carne- pizza made with Italian sausage, ham and pepperoni, La Vegetariana- made with Tomato sauce, 3 cheeses, roasted veggies, tomato slices.  Sorry forgot to take pics of those pizzas as we were all excited to taste them. Some of us, also tried their cakes, gelato cakes, salads and pastas in the menu.

Unexpected and more to It

In life you really have to expect the unexpected. This is very true to me. A lot of things happened in my life a few months ago. From giving birth to being a full time mom and going back to work. I never ever expected that I will be going back and working here in the business district of the Philippines.

Places of my Year 2011

Like my list of unforgettable places in 2010. Here it is for 2011.

1. Changi Airport, SG- one of the most beautiful airports in the world that I've been to.

2. Robertson Quay Hotel- simply our home in SG.

3. Limketkai Mall, CDO- a place to go when in CDO. Just love to come here for a walk every afternoon.

4. Bukidnon- There was a time last year that I feel very exhausted with some stuff. My journey to Bukidnon was indeed the answer. Had also the chance to visit some of my relatives.

5. Cebu City- After living and working in Cebu for a few years, I had to leave the place and say ' til I see you again' to my good friends who have been with me since 2008. Missed the place and of course my friends but will never say 'goodbye' instead 'til I see you again' Cebu!
